2011

2011 was a fascinating year for me. I have been traveling non-stop since March. My first tour across Canada, with my Dad. Spending the summer in Toronto, on my own. In October, my first trip to New York. Spending November in Los Angeles, and the beginning of December in San Francisco. Living out of a suitcase, that is way too heavy and is beginning to give me back problems, no joke. I have been learning a lot (how to pack lightly). Which I suppose is what I should be doing as a nineteen year old! Understanding in more depth what it is that really does fuel my passion for music and the entertainment industry. Learning about trust, communication and running a business. Meeting all different types of people and listening to them, asking a lot of questions, and taking a little peak into their lives. Spending time at the Los Angeles Museum of Art, learning how art of all kinds represent the times, speaks to what a generation is going through, and striving to be a part of that in the future, in documenting what life is like growing up and living in 2011.. or 2012. You will all be hearing new music this year! I’ve been writing non-stop and digging deeper, challenging myself in my writing.
